Hranice Chateau

Hranice Chateau is a Baroque château featuring symmetrical wings arranged around a central courtyard enclosed by stone walls. The structure displays classical architectural details characteristic of its style and period of construction.

The site began as a medieval fortress that the Pernštejn family transformed during the 16th century with major renovations. These changes replaced Gothic elements with Baroque features, creating the building that stands today.

The château sits near the town center and is accessible via the main square area where pathways lead to its entrances. Guided tours operate during the warmer months and are offered in multiple languages.
