Holy Trinity Church, Baroque church in Nové Město, Prague, Czech Republic
The Holy Trinity Church features a three-aisled layout with a dome over the main tower and vaults adorned with paintings by Antonín Schlachter.
Construction of the church began in 1708 under the design of Octavian Broggio, with assistance from builders Kryštof Dientzenhofer and Jan Jiří Aichbauer.
The church now serves the Greek Catholic parish, providing services in Slovak and Old Slavonic for communities from Slovakia and Ukraine.
Visitors can attend Slovak masses on Sundays at 10:30 AM, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:00 PM, and Old Slavonic services on Sundays at 9:00 AM.
The church entrance displays three portals with three windows above, incorporating architectural elements that represent the symbolism of the Trinity.
