The Church of Saint Catherine of Alexandria sits on Náměstí T. G. Masaryka square with characteristic baroque features that shape its appearance. The structure follows traditional baroque design principles and its tower defines the village square's skyline.

A wooden church from 1327 stood here before the current brick church was built in 1706. Italian builder Petr Pavel Columbani from Roudnice substantially rebuilt it in 1717–1719, and the tower was added in 1815.

The church remains central to village life and hosts regular religious services that bring the community together throughout the year. Visitors can observe how the building anchors daily rhythms and celebrations for local residents.

The church's original bell was donated in 1600 by Adam Berka of Dubá, then owner of the estate, and was recast in 1906. Above the entrance visitors can spot the coat of arms of the Kinský family, who did much for the village after 1726.
