The Church of Saint Margaret is a Baroque religious building located adjacent to Jaroměřice Castle featuring ornate architectural details and decorative elements throughout its structure. The interior contains sculptural work and painted surfaces characteristic of 18th-century design.

The old church burned down on 2 July 1631, and the present building was largely completed in 1737 under Count Jan Adam of Questenberg. Its authorship is uncertain: Alois Plichta attributed it to Johann Lucas von Hildebrandt, while Jaroslav Sedlář proposed Jakub Prandtauer. The church was consecrated in 1738.

The church continues to serve as a center for Catholic worship where local residents and visitors gather for services and religious celebrations. The building reflects the faith and traditions that have shaped daily life in this Moravian town for centuries.

The church stands next to the castle and is easy to find within the castle grounds when visiting the site. Access is typically available during castle visiting hours, as the church functions as an integrated part of the overall complex.

The church was consecrated in 1738 and served as a kind of castle chapel for the Questenberg residence. Its two towers are not symmetrical: the south tower stands over 5 m from the vestibule wall and is linked to the church only by a separate wall.
