Church of Saint John of Nepomuk, 18th-century religious monument in Bartošovice v Orlických horách, Czech Republic.

The Church of Saint John of Nepomuk is a single-nave oriented building with a semicircular presbytery on the east side and a tower without a porch on the west. The rectangular nave has a saddle roof; in the axis stand the main tower and a smaller onion-shaped sanctus turret with an open lantern. It was built in 1708–1712 by Carl Antoni Rein of Rokytnice and enlarged with the tower in 1770.

The church grew out of an existing cemetery chapel between 1708 and 1712, built by Carl Antoni Rein of Rokytnice, an Italian settled in the Orlické Mountains who died in 1730 while working on the church at Neratov. In 1770 it was enlarged and a tower was added. It has been a protected cultural monument of the Czech Republic since 2012.

The church's patron saint is celebrated with a service on his feast day, and the building now serves as a venue for concerts and exhibitions. The band Traband wrote the song "Vlaštovky" after being inspired by swallows nesting in the church.

The building is currently undergoing renovation, so visitors should check in advance whether visits are possible. The location is set in the Orlické Mountains and is accessible through the local village, with basic access for most visitors.

The church's interior was looted and devastated in the 1970s and 1980s, and only the pews survived; the altar was moved to the Church of St Bartholomew in Bystré. Swallows nesting in the church inspired the band Traband to compose the song "Vlaštovky".
