The Hussite Theological Faculty is one of three theological faculties of Charles University in Prague, formed of eight departments and one institute. It teaches Hussite, Old Catholic and Orthodox theology, and also prepares teachers and specialists in social and charitable work. Its dean since 1 July 2023 is Jiří Vogel.

Founded in 1921 through collaboration with the Czechoslovak Hussite Church, the faculty emerged from the Modernist movement within Catholicism and has maintained its academic mission despite navigating political upheavals and periods of state atheism throughout Czech history.

The faculty grew out of the Czechoslovak Hussite Church, founded in 1920 from the Catholic Modernist movement, and today teaches Hussite, Old Catholic and Orthodox theology. Its Institute of Eastern Christianity, created in 2006 from a department of Orthodox theology set up in 2004, reflects that range.

The faculty sits in Prague's Old Town, near the Salvátor Evangelical Church where its first lectures were held in 1921/1922. It is organised into eight departments and one institute, among them the Institute of Eastern Christianity, founded in 2004 as the Department of Orthodox Theology and renamed in 2006.

The institution operates under the motto 'Complete the Czech Reformation,' emphasizing its commitment to continuing the reformist theological principles that originated in Czech lands during the 16th century within contemporary academic contexts.
