The Church of Saint Lawrence stands on elevated ground with two external towers reaching 24.5 meters and a central dome of 23 meters.
The original Romanesque structure from 1135 underwent extensive modifications between 1739 and 1745, transforming it into a Baroque cathedral under architect Kilian Ignaz Dientzenhofer.
The church features an altarpiece depicting Saint Lawrence's Passion, created by Burgundian artist Jean-Claude Monnot, representing significant religious artistry.
