Nad Prosečí is a granite observation tower standing 28 meters tall in Jablonec nad Nisou with a cylindrical shape designed to offer views in every direction. The structure consists of carefully cut stone blocks stacked in a circular pattern to create a solid, load-bearing form.
The tower was built in the 1930s and opened on August 21, 1932, designed by architect Robert Hemmrich. It emerged during a period when Jablonec nad Nisou was expanding its public infrastructure and amenities.
