Jaroslav Hašek's memorial museum is located in an early 20th-century house in Lipnice nad Sázavou. It displays manuscripts, correspondence, books, and personal objects of the Czech writer within its preserved rooms.

Hašek moved to Lipnice in summer 1921 with painter Jaroslav Panuška and bought house no. 185 below the castle after nearly a year at the U České koruny pub. He lived there with his second wife Šura, occupying a single room, and died in the house on 3 January 1923. A memorial exhibition opened in 1959 and was reinstalled in 1983.

The exhibition opened in 1959 and was reinstalled in 1983; the panels trace Hašek's life under headings such as "Tramp and Writer" and "Editor and Anarchist". The largest section is devoted to Švejk, with editions in Czech, Hebrew, Georgian and Dutch, alongside his pocket watch, a harmonica and a replica of the uniform.

The memorial occupies house No. 185 below Lipnice Castle, where Hašek lived with his wife Šura in a single room. The exhibition starts on the first floor and continues upstairs to the room where he died on 3 January 1923. Two statues of the writer stand opposite the house and by the U České koruny pub.

The memorial holds a mobile wooden grave of Hašek made by sculptor R. Dvořák in 1983, while the writer's actual grave in the local cemetery is shaped like an open book. Two statues of Hašek stand in Lipnice: one opposite the memorial and one by the U České koruny pub, now owned by his grandson Richard.
