The New Synagogue in Velké Meziříčí is a neo-Gothic building of red brick, erected in 1868–1870 to plans by architect August Prokop, in Novosady Street on the bank of the Oslava. It stands next to the Old Synagogue and has served as a cultural venue since the town acquired it in 2023.

Built in 1868–1870 to designs by architect August Prokop, the synagogue served the Jewish community until 1940, when it was damaged by the German occupiers. From 1943 it was used as a Wehrmacht warehouse, and after World War II it remained a storage facility until the 1990s.

The building's original stained-glass windows bore six-pointed stars, and biblical quotes stood on the attics and above the entrance; one read "How lovely is your dwelling place, Lord Almighty." The market era replaced that inscription with "Textil, obuv" and added automatic photo-cell doors.

The synagogue stands in Novosady Street on the bank of the Oslava, northeast of the main square, next to the Old Synagogue. The town acquired the building in 2023 and now uses it for concerts and exhibitions, so opening depends on the event programme.

The synagogue's original stained-glass windows bore six-pointed stars, and biblical verses stood on the gables and above the entrance, including "How lovely is your dwelling place, Lord Almighty". A shop sign reading "Textil, obuv" later replaced the verse, and automatic photo-sensor doors were fitted.
