Modlitebna Církve bratrské

Modlitebna Církve bratrské is a modern church building with an unusual angular form that resembles layered feathers, constructed from concrete, glass, wood, and granite. Inside, the structure contains a main hall for worship, a community room, and offices on the ground floor, with a residential apartment for the pastor on the upper level.

The building was designed and constructed between 2009 and 2010 by architect Zdeněk Fránek, opening on November 24, 2010. The project represents a contemporary approach to religious architecture that departs from traditional church designs.

The building functions as a gathering place for worship and community activities, where people come together for religious services and social meetings. The spaces are used throughout the year for prayer and group events that are important to those who visit.

The building is located in the village and is easily accessible on foot from the main area. Visitors should keep in mind that this is an active community space, so it is best to check opening times in advance before planning a visit.

The design was inspired by Paul Klee's angel drawings, combining pointed and rounded forms that resemble both a dove and a penguin. This unusual blend of shapes creates a visual appearance that stands apart from typical church buildings.
