PORG Libeň, Private secondary school in Libeň, Prague, Czech Republic

PORG Libeň is a private secondary school in Prague's Libeň district with modern educational spaces designed for contemporary learning. The campus includes specialized classrooms, technology centers, and collaborative areas that support interactive teaching and group work.

PORG admitted its first students on 1 September 1990, making it the first non-state school in Czechoslovakia after 1948. Founder Ondřej Šteffl led it until 1995, and Václav Klaus Jr. served as director from 1998 to 2014. The Libeň branch received ten million crowns from a 2007 donation by ČEZ director Martin Roman.

The school teaches subjects in English starting from junior high, creating a multilingual learning environment within its walls. Students regularly participate in exchange programs that connect them with peers across Europe.

PORG Libeň is the original PORG site, opened on 1 September 1990; the network later grew to include Nový PORG in Krč, PORG Ostrava and PORG Brno. Libeň runs an eight-year gymnázium, and its sextans go on long study stays at partner schools such as Osseo High School in Wisconsin, The Priory Academy LSST in Lincoln and Gymnasium Annaberg.

PORG received a 100 million CZK donation in June 2007 from ČEZ director Martin Roman; 10 million went to the Libeň school and 90 million funded the new Nový PORG branch in Prague 4. The non-systemic gift drew criticism, including from Transparency International.
