Radíč Castle

Radíč Castle is a baroque château complex in the Sedlčansko region, surrounded by forests, granite quarries, ponds, and streams. The buildings spread across a large property with landscaped grounds and several outbuildings that complete the estate.

The structure was built during the Baroque period and retains the architectural features characteristic of that era. The site is now recognized as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic.

Today the castle functions as a venue for weddings, corporate events, and community gatherings throughout the year. Visitors can explore the grounds during public open house days and experience how the space brings people together.

The property offers accommodation for up to 40 guests in double rooms with private bathrooms and a full kitchen facility. It is best to plan visits during public open house days when tours and access to the grounds are available.

The grounds feature a modern octagonal pavilion designed by architect Martin Rajniš with movable wooden panels that shift with changing weather. This blend of historical architecture and contemporary design creates an unexpected visual contrast on the estate.
