The Statue of Cyril and Methodius in Třebíč is a sandstone sculpture standing on Karlovo Square in the city center, depicting two Christian saints. The base features inscriptions in Czech that honor these figures and their historical importance to the region.

The chaplain František Diviš proposed the monument in 1867, and a public collection raised 2,487 gulden. Sculptor Ludvík Šimek supplied the design, which Bernard Otto Seeling carved; the stone base came from mason Josef Hraba of Počátky. The two-day consecration on 16 August 1885 drew Bishop František Saleský Bauer of Brno.

The group was made for the thousandth anniversary of the saints' arrival in Moravia, initiated in 1867 by chaplain František Diviš. During the 1989 Velvet Revolution, organisers of the demonstrations spoke from this spot and candles burned around the base.

The sculpture stands on Karlovo Square, a public space in the city center that is easily reached on foot. The site is open and free to visit, making it a convenient stop during a city visit.

A time capsule was hidden beneath the statue's base containing documents and messages from residents, the exact contents of which remain unknown to this day. This hidden message from the past adds an extra layer of mystery and connection to those who built the monument.
