Travičná rozhledna, Observation tower in Tvarožná Lhota, Czech Republic

Travičná rozhledna is a lookout tower south of Tvarožná Lhota in the Vrchy area, built in 2000 as a transmitter for mobile operators and opened to the public on 29 April 2001. A viewing platform open to tourists sits 33.6 metres above the ground and is reached by 177 steps. In the building beneath the tower, the Bílé Karpaty Protected Landscape Area administration runs an exhibition on the nature and culture of the surrounding region.

The tower was built in the Vrchy area in 2000 as a transmitter for mobile operators, and it opened officially on 29 April 2001. It was the first observation tower in the Bílé Karpaty Protected Landscape Area, and a viewing platform 33.6 m above the ground was added with the tower.

The tower's name, Travičná, comes from the Vrchy locality where it stands south of Tvarožná Lhota. In the building beneath the tower, the Bílé Karpaty Protected Landscape Area Administration runs an exhibition on the nature and culture of the surrounding region, which visitors can see before or after climbing.

The tower is accessible via marked hiking trails with parking areas near the entrance for convenient arrival. The structure is easier to climb during warmer months, and visitors should wear sturdy footwear since the staircase can be steep.
