Nečtiny Chateau is a Gothic Revival structure located in the Hrad Nečtiny settlement and features pointed arches and ornamental detailing characteristic of this architectural movement. The building displays elaborate stonework and decorative elements across its exterior walls.

Florián Gryspek of Griesbach built a Renaissance chateau below the burned Preitenstein castle after acquiring the Nečtiny estate in 1549. Adam Václav Kokořovec of Kokořov added a Baroque wing in the mid-17th century, and the Mensdorff-Pouilly family, owners from 1839 to 1945, had it rebuilt in Tudor Gothic style between 1855 and 1858. A 1964 fire spared only the tower and chapel; the restored building now serves as a training and accommodation facility of the University of West Bohemia.

The chateau stands in the settlement of Hrad Nečtiny, named after the burned castle Preitenstein above it. Florián Gryspek had it built in the Renaissance style after 1549 and founded the Nevěstin rybník pond and the Nové Městečko settlement opposite it. Since 1964 the building has been a protected cultural monument of the Czech Republic.
