Spitzberg is a mountain summit located in the Karlovy Vary region in the western part of Czech Republic. This elevated point provides views across the surrounding landscape and valleys.

The summit lies in the Přebuzská hornatina (Frühbuß-Neudeker Gebirge) of the western Erzgebirge, about 3.7 km west of Přebuz, and at 995 m it is the highest point of the Sokolov district. Its bare granite crags were exposed by weathering of the granite massif; a wooden pavilion stands just below the top on the northern side.

The German name Spitzberg (Czech Špičák) refers to the pointed shape of the summit. The mountain lies in the Přebuzská hornatina range, and the village of Přebuz, now a small settlement in the Ore Mountains, is the starting point of the shortest marked route.

The shortest route follows the green marker from the road behind Přebuz past the Přebuzské vřesoviště heath, gaining only about 95 m over gently rolling ground before a short steep pull to the top. The longer variant climbs from Stříbrná via the Stříbrná–Nancy junction, passing Šišák, with roughly 350 m of ascent. The summit lies about 3.7 km west of Přebuz.

The summit's granite outcrops are the highest point of the Sokolov district at 995 m. Just below the top on the north side stands a wooden pavilion, and about 3.5 km away lies the Přebuzské vřesoviště nature monument.
