Town hall in Telč

The Town Hall of Telč is a Renaissance building with ornate arcaded galleries and vaulted ceilings located on the UNESCO-listed main square in the town center. The structure includes underground spaces that contain historical cellars and tunnels accessible through guided tours for small groups.

After the devastating fire of 1530, this building emerged as part of the Renaissance reconstruction begun by Zacharias of Hradec in the 16th century. This rebuilding marked the start of the town's complete architectural renewal following the disaster.
