The Church of Saint John of Nepomuk is a Baroque church building located in Rožmitál pod Třemšínem, constructed in the early 18th century. Its interior features ornamental details and religious artworks characteristic of the Baroque period.

The church was built in 1729 on the square by Archbishop František Ferdinand Khünburg, designed by Carl Canevala at a cost of 1,594 gold coins. A 1565 urbarium entry mentions an earlier church that had fallen into ruin. In 1810 the body of Archbishop Vilém Florentin Salm-Salm lay overnight here, prompting a local revolt when troops were sent to reclaim it. The church was radically rebuilt in 1904–1905 to plans by architect Josef Fanta.

The church is a filial church, and weekday masses were once the only services the archbishop allowed here while the parish church in Starý Rožmitál was under repair. Since 2016 the administrator has been P. Mgr. Petr Misař. A plaque on the choir, installed in 1852, bears the words of Jakub Jan Ryba: "Abys byl lepším, pozoruj denně tvé činy a zkoumej je!"

The church stands on the town square, where weekday masses were permitted while the parish church in Starý Rožmitál was under repair. Services here are held more often than at that parish church, so weekday visits are the likeliest time to find it open.

The church kept its older furnishings through the 1904–1905 rebuild: the choir, the side altar of the Virgin Mary and the pulpit survived, while a new high altar with a painting of St John of Nepomuk was added. In 1916 three bells were requisitioned for war; only the small St Barbara death bell of 1730 stayed.
