The Church of Klement Maria Hofbauer is a Roman Catholic filial church in Tasovice, built in 1933 to the design of Viennese architect Clemens Holzmeister on the site of the saint's demolished birth house. It stands beside a small Redemptorist monastery near the village square. Inside, the sanctuary holds the main altar with altar cross and tabernacle beneath a relief by Othmar Hillitzer; a side altar and wooden statues of saints line the walls, and stained glass shows scenes from his life.

The church was built in 1933 on the site of the birth house of St. Clement Maria Hofbauer, which was demolished in 1932. It became part of the Redemptorist monastery founded here in 1929. The design is by Viennese architect Clemens Holzmeister.
