The Holy Trinity Church is a Catholic place of worship featuring three entrance portals along its main facade, each aligned with the three interior aisles. The building was designed according to traditional religious architectural principles with windows positioned above each entrance.

Around 1870, disputes between local Christians seeking their own parish and the Jablonné parish led native prelate Dominik Filip of Merano to donate 10,000 guilders for a priest on condition that a church be built. Foundations were dug on 10 May 1881, the cornerstone was consecrated on 24 July 1881, and the Neo-Renaissance church was consecrated in October 1883. A parish house followed in 1883–1884, and Jamné received its own spiritual administration on 29 October 1885. It remained a parish church until 2007, when the parish merged with Jablonné nad Orlicí on 1 January 2008.

The church owes its existence to Monsignor Dominik Filip of Merano, a native of Jamné, who donated 10,000 guilders for a priest's upkeep on condition that a church be built. He later funded two side altars, tower clocks and two Tyrolean-made crosses worth over 80 guilders. Since 1 January 2008 it has been a filial church of the Jablonné nad Orlicí parish.

The church stands on an elevated spot in the middle of Jamné nad Orlicí, so it is reached on foot from the village centre. Since 1 January 2008 it has been a filial church of the Roman Catholic parish of Jablonné nad Orlicí, so services and visitor access are arranged through that parish; confirm times before setting out.

The church was built thanks to Msgr. Dominik Filip, a native of Jamné and prelate in Merano, who gave the municipality 10,000 guilders on condition that a church be built. In 1883 he donated two crosses made in Tyrol worth over 80 Austrian guilders, and he also funded two side altars and the tower clock.
