Louky u Budenína

Louky u Budenína is a protected grassland area near Votice with meadows that host a wide range of plant species. These fields provide homes for many insects and animals that depend on open grassland to survive.

The protected area was established in 2018 to preserve traditional meadows that had been converted to farmland during the second half of the 20th century. Restoration efforts focus on bringing back the natural character of these grasslands.
