Brozany is a fortified building with architectural layers from different periods blended into its structure. Gothic foundations form the base, while Renaissance details appear in windows and decorative elements throughout.

The structure developed as part of regional administration and changed hands several times before the Lobkowicz family took it over in 1617. This noble family reshaped the building significantly through renovations and expansions.

The building reflects how local noble families lived and governed through its rooms and layout over the centuries. The exhibitions inside show daily life of former residents and their connections to other ruling families across the region.

The location sits south of Litoměřice and is easily reached by car via regional roads. Plan time to walk through the exhibitions inside and explore the different rooms at a relaxed pace.

The two upper floors were demolished after a fire in 1880, and the sgraffito decoration was covered with plain plaster; the fortress was restored only after 2002. In 2017 it recorded 193 visitors.
