The Evangelical Church in Jindřichův Hradec is a Protestant church building in South Bohemia that serves the local evangelical community. The structure features architectural elements typical of early 20th-century church construction in the region.

The congregation began as a preaching station of the Horní Dubenky parish on 19 June 1904, meeting in the house of factory owner Otto Jungmann. A dispute over the funeral of his two-year-old daughter Marta turned public opinion in the evangelicals' favour. A plot in Bratrská Street was bought in 1905, the foundation stone laid on 29 April 1906, and the prayer hall consecrated on 28 September 1906. It became an independent congregation on 7 March 1922.

Above the entrance hangs a Bible emblem with a chalice and the inscription "We preach Christ crucified, I Cor. 1:23". Inside, the apse wall carries a mosaic of the Good Samaritan with the words "Love the Lord your God and love your neighbour as yourself, L 10:27", made by pastor Zbyněk Honzal, who served the congregation from 1966 to 1987.

The church is typically accessible during daytime hours when services or events are not taking place. Visitors should respect the sacred nature of the space and inquire before entering.

The baptismal font in the right corner of the nave, before the apse, was donated to the congregation in 1908 by the Prince of Waldenburg. The neo-Gothic font is one of the oldest furnishings in the church, which was consecrated on 28 September 1906.
