The Church of Saint Anne is a religious building in Kukleny featuring two distinctive towers and a rectangular form in late baroque style. The interior contains a spacious nave with seven historic altar pieces, where the main altar displays a painting of the Holy Family with Saint Ann at the center.
The church was built between 1777 and 1784 by architect Matouš Walch in late baroque style and was originally part of a Minorite monastery. In the 20th century, the monastery buildings were repurposed while the church itself has remained largely unchanged and underwent several restorations, particularly after storm damage in 1967.
