The Church of Saint Wenceslaus is a Roman Catholic parish church in Palupín, standing on raised ground behind the village in the middle of a walled cemetery. The tower was added to the building in 1897; the nearby manor house is also heritage-protected.

The church was built in 1617 as a Protestant church. In 1620 it became Roman Catholic and was dedicated to Saint Wenceslaus. The tower was added in 1897. Inside are tombstones of estate owners, including Jindřich Radkovec of Mírovice († 1660), founder of the original Protestant church.

The church was originally Protestant, built in 1617 by Jindřich Radek of Mírovice, whose tombstone is inside; in 1620 it became Roman Catholic and received the dedication to Saint Wenceslaus. Tombstones of later estate owners, Oldřich Hynek Koňas of Vydří († 1635) and Baroness Karolina of Pillerstorff († 1827), are also kept in the interior.

The church stands in the walled cemetery on elevated ground behind the village, near the local chateau. Access is through the cemetery wall; the site is a protected cultural monument, so the interior is not freely open outside services.
