Dobřenice Castle is a Neoclassical manor house built in 1865–1868 for Karl Weinrich on the site of a 14th-century fortress and an earlier Baroque castle destroyed by fires in 1775 and 1860. Behind it lies an English landscape park laid out by the garden architect Eduard Petzold. The castle, the Church of St. Clement and the farmyard form the dominant group of buildings in the village.

A fortress stood on the site from the 14th century; the Dobřenský family built a Baroque castle there in 1693, which burned in 1775 during a peasant uprising and again in 1860. Karl Weinrich had the remains demolished and built the present Neoclassical castle in 1865–1868, with an English park by Eduard Petzold. Karel Loevenstein, director general of Škoda Works, bought the estate in 1928; it was placed under German forced administration in 1940, returned in 1945, nationalized in 1948, and restituted to the family in 1993.

Karel Loevenstein, director general of the Škoda Works in Plzeň, bought the estate in 1928 and used the castle as a weekend country seat, receiving numerous guests there with his wife Paula Langhansová, daughter of the photographer Jan Langhans. The family reopened the reconstructed building in 2025 as the House of Loevenstein, offering accommodation and events in the spirit of his stays.

The castle stands in Dobřenice in the Hradec Králové Region, with the Church of St. Clement beside it. The family reopened the restored building to guests in 2025 as House of Loevenstein, offering overnight stays and space for private events. The grounds include an English park laid out by Eduard Petzold behind the house.

Karel Loevenstein, general director of the Škoda Works in Plzeň, bought the estate in 1928 and had a family tomb built in Dobřenice, where he was buried with honours after his death in 1938. His wife was Paula Langhansová, daughter of the photographer Jan Langhans. The family recovered the property in 1993 and opened it to guests in 2025.
