Českolipská 37 is a watermill built in Upper Lusatian style, situated beside a small pond with a traditional milling mechanism inside. The structure combines local stone construction with a functional design that used water power for processing grain.

The mill carries the year 1799 on the stone portal of its south facade, while the two-storey half-timbered building is dated 1823 on its classicist entrance portal. It has been protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic since 1995.

The mill's sandstone grinding stones are set into the courtyard paving, and a roller mill with one pair of smooth rollers in a wooden cabinet survives inside, along with a two-chamber sieve. The millrace ran along the northern facade past both the living and farm sections of the building.

The location sits on the northern edge of Lázně Kundratice and is reachable from the main Českolipská road leading toward the nearby village of Hamr na Jezeře. Access is straightforward and visible from the roadside.

The mill had a single overshot water wheel, 6.25 m in diameter and 1.85 m wide, housed in a wooden annex and fed by a channel from the pond. Water reached it along the northwest facade; the channel ran beside the northern side of the building.
