Windmill Větrník

Windmill Větrník is a tall tower structure built in Dutch-style design, featuring a rotating cap that could turn to catch wind from any direction. The building stands as a classic example of this milling type, with internal mechanisms that once ground grain efficiently.

The building was constructed in 1722 and operated as a mill until 1899, after which it was dismantled and reconstructed as a residence in 1902. This transformation reflected a broader trend of repurposing industrial structures as cities modernized.
