The elongated mill complex includes a main building with residential spaces, a former forge wing, and agricultural structures surrounded by stone walls.
First documented in 1415, the mill underwent a substantial Baroque reconstruction in 1752, transforming it into the architectural structure visible today.
The mill represents traditional Czech water-powered engineering, featuring preserved oak milling equipment from its 18th-century reconstruction period.
Located 1.5 kilometers north of Středokluky village, the mill sits in the Zákolanský stream valley, accessible by passing under the D7 highway.
The property contains masonry mortuary monuments erected in 2002, featuring a statue of Panna Marie Svatohorská with infant Jesus.
