Jestřabí spa house is an Art Nouveau structure featuring a symmetrical facade with timber framing details, situated at the spa park's edge near the colonnade. The property offers 59 beds across single and double rooms, each with private bathrooms, television, WiFi, minibar, and serves breakfast daily.

Built between 1902 and 1904, it was architect Dušan Jurkovič's first new construction project in the Luhačovice spa area. The building gained cultural monument status in 1958 and underwent major restoration work in 2000.

The building displays early 20th-century spa culture through its design choices and room layouts that served wealthy guests seeking health cures. Visitors can observe how the structure was built to provide comfort and luxury to the people who came to experience the local mineral springs.

The house sits directly next to the spa park and is easily accessible on foot from the town center. Visitors should know that as a protected heritage structure, some rooms retain period features that affect comfort expectations.
