Smetanův dům, Arts centre and theatre in Litomyšl-Město, Czech Republic
The Smetanův dům building features a neo-Renaissance design with decorative elements on its facade and stands near the center of Litomyšl-Město district.
Three architects - Viktorin Šulc, Jan Šula, and Josef Velflík - collaborated on the design of Smetanův dům, which opened its doors in January 1905.
The venue hosts regular theatrical performances, concerts, dance courses, and social events that bring together residents and visitors throughout the year.
Visitors can purchase annual subscriptions for theater performances or individual event tickets at the box office located in the main entrance hall.
The building maintains its original architectural features while functioning as both a modern arts center and a protected cultural monument of the Czech Republic.
