Schubertova vila, Renaissance Revival villa in Liboc, Czech Republic
The villa stands as a one-story building with an irregular floor plan, featuring corner rustication and decorative sgraffito bands on its facades.
Architect Zdenko Schubert von Soldern designed this residential structure in 1871 for Dr. Eduard Schubert, incorporating Renaissance Revival elements throughout the property.
The villa's architectural design includes a prominent tower with a pyramidal roof, Tuscan columns, and sgraffito decorations created by painter Viktor Schubert.
The property includes a basement level, a central three-axis projection with a loggia, and small terraces on both sides of the main facade.
The tower section contains two levels of small semicircular windows with rusticated chambranles and terminates in a loggia formed by corner pillars.
