The Church of Saint John the Baptist is a baroque building in Děkov featuring a rectangular tower on the north side and a simple rectangular floor plan. Inside, it contains a single nave with a rounded three-sided sanctuary, a 17th-century main altar, two side altars, and a wooden pulpit from the late 1600s.
The church was built in 1664 on the site of an earlier structure mentioned as far back as 1361. It underwent remodeling in 1729 and was expanded westward in 1868 with the addition of an organ chamber.
