Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, Catholic parish church in Blazice, Czech Republic

The Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross is a late-Baroque single-nave church with a polygonal apse and a sacristy attached on its axis, standing by the II/437 road in the southern part of Blazice. A two-storey square tower with a clock and a broken pyramid spire is built into the front facade, and a six-sided lantern with a tent roof sits on the nave ridge.

The church was built in 1788 at the expense of the Religious Fund (Náboženský fond). It received new vaulting in 1808, was repaired and given an organ in 1885, and underwent an extensive reconstruction in 2000. The church and the statue of St John of Nepomuk in front of it are protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic.
