Holy Trinity Church, Cultural monument church in Bohuslavice, Czech Republic.

The Holy Trinity Church is a Baroque single-nave church with a tower about 31 m high attached to a recessed semicircular presbytery. The tower has two square sections, the upper one narrower and decorated with pilasters with volute capitals, and is topped by a cupola with lantern covered in copper sheet. The plastered facade is divided by lisenes, and the west portal is framed by pilasters with angel heads.

A wooden church on the site is first documented in 1434, confirmed by finds from a 1928 archaeological survey. The cornerstone of the Baroque replacement was laid on 20 October 1740 on the site of that wooden church, funded by Jan Baptista, free lord of Zuany; work was interrupted by the Silesian Wars and his death, and the church was completed in 1747 with help from the widow Kateřina Alžběta of Zuany and Palm. The Olomouc bishop Ferdinand Julius Count Troyer of Troyerstein consecrated it. The church and its chapels with the perimeter wall were entered in the Central List of Cultural Monuments of the Czech Republic in 1964.

The church is the parish church of the Roman Catholic parish of Bohuslavice u Hlučína, in the Ostrava-Opava diocese. Its bells carry inscriptions: one from 1975 reads "Ke cti Svaté Trojice", and three from 1979 are dedicated to the Virgin Mary, to the 1100th anniversary of Cyril and Methodius' arrival, and as a death bell to Saints Cyril and Methodius.

The church stands in Bohuslavice, in the Opava district, with its tower rising about 31 metres. The surrounding wall has four gates topped by volute gables, and the funeral hall and chapel in the wall were restored in 2000. The exterior, including the mosaic of Jesus and the Apostles in the gable, can be viewed from the churchyard.

At the end of World War II an artillery shell passed through the roof; it neither exploded nor broke through the ceiling. The tower's copper-clad lantern tops a roughly 31 m structure, and the bells include a 1975 bell inscribed "Ke cti Svaté Trojice".
