Holy Trinity column in Krásno

The Holy Trinity column in Krásno is a religious monument that rises from the center of the village square, decorated with elaborate Baroque sculptures and religious motifs. The structure features detailed carvings and ornaments that showcase the craftsmanship of its era.

Construction of the column began in 1717 when stonemason Václav Render initiated the project using his own resources and partnering with sculptor Andreas Zahner. The monument arose in response to plague outbreaks in the 17th century that had devastated communities throughout Central Europe.
