The Church of Saint Clemens is a Roman Catholic church in Mirovice, first documented in 1342. Its core dates from the mid-13th century, when it was built by the Zvíkov-Písek lodge; a section of masonry and an early Gothic portal of 1240–1250 survive in the north part. Franz Jakob Fortin of Krumlov rebuilt it in Baroque style in 1720–1726, reorienting the church and adding a new presbytery with two side chapels.

The original building was erected in the mid-13th century by the Zvíkov-Písek construction lodge; a section of masonry and an early Gothic portal of 1240–1250 survive in the north part. In 1720–1726 the church was reoriented, the altar moved from east to west, a new presbytery with two side chapels added, and the whole Baroque remodelling carried out by the Český Krumlov builder Franz Jakob Fortin. The first written mention dates from 1342, and the priest Ondřej is recorded here in 1359. The last general repair took place in 1932.

The church is dedicated to Pope Clement I, listed under that name in the catalogue of the České Budějovice diocese. The deanery next door, built in Baroque style in 1732, has a room converted into a modern chapel used for services mainly in winter, and its first-floor facade facing the church keeps an old sundial.

The church stands by the former cemetery, enclosed by a massive wall built in 1689; burial there ended after 1790 under Josephinian regulations, when the new cemetery Na Sychrově was founded. The separate bell tower, rebuilt and heightened in 1676, holds three bells. The Baroque deanery at house no. 1, built in 1732, has a sundial at first-floor level on the facade facing the church.

The Gothic monstrance, the church's most valuable piece, was hidden by Father Jan Skřivan during the last war on a nearby farm in Podskalí. The tin baptismal font was acquired in 1633 under Prince Jan Oldřich of Eggenberg, and the Baroque organ of 1769, played once by Antonín Dvořák, was replaced in 1911 by Jan Tuček's instrument set into the old case.
