The Rohan hunting lodge in Lomnice nad Popelkou is a two-storey building with a gabled roof, built in the Swiss Alpine style. Its façades carry rich wooden ornament, a gallery runs along the western front, and a cast-iron coat of arms of the Rohan family survives above the entrance. Original chimney stacks with shaped capitals are also preserved.

The lodge replaced an older gamekeeper's house and was built between 1864 and 1868 by the builder Josef Pruvot for Prince Karel Rohan, whose family had owned the Lomnice estate and its game preserve since the 16th-century Waldstein foundation. An extension was added from 3 April 1899 to 15 May 1900, and in 1936 the architect Václav Frýda of Jilemnice supervised re-plastering and repainting of doors and windows. After 1945 the Beneš decrees confiscated it to the state forests; the town of Lomnice nad Popelkou bought it in 2010 and it was declared a cultural monument in December 2012.

The lodge stands in the Lomnice obora, a hunting preserve documented since the 16th century under the Valdštejn family and later expanded by the Rohans, who added Alain's Tower, Alain's Cross and the Oborský pond. Carved work is attributed to Petr Bušek's workshop from Husa u Sychrova. The Rohan cast-iron coat of arms above the entrance marks the family that commissioned the building.

The lodge stands in the Lomnice nad Popelkou game park, whose history reaches back to the 16th century; the park also holds Alain's Tower, Alain's Cross and the Oborský Pond. The building is a two-storey structure with a saddle roof, a gallery on the western facade and a cast-iron Rohan coat of arms above the entrance. It has been a cultural monument since December 2012.

The carved woodwork is attributed to the workshop of Petr Bušek of Husa near Sychrov. Above the entrance an original cast-iron coat of arms of the Rohan family survives, and the original chimney stacks with shaped capitals are also preserved.
