The Chapel of the Nativity of Saint John the Baptist is a single-nave chapel on the village green of Počeplice, built around 1875 in a historicist style mixing Neo-Romanesque and Neo-Gothic elements. A square tower with an octagonal spire, topped by a finial and a trefoil cross, rises above the northwest gable facade, whose crenellated parapet has three merlons on each side. The presbytery faces southeast.

The chapel is not on the 1843 stable cadastre map, so it was probably built shortly after that year; the door fittings are still Neoclassical or Empire style, while the altarpiece is dated 1876, suggesting construction around 1875. An iron bell was hung in the tower on 17 July 2003 after repair and electrification; a second bell was requisitioned during the Second World War.

The chapel belongs to the parish of Štětí nad Labem and stands on the village square of Počeplice. Its main altar of 1876 holds a panel painting of Saint John the Baptist by Jan Popelík (1832–1906). A Pietà oil on canvas by Kateřina Tietz dates from 1875, and a Baroque confessional from the 18th century predates the building itself.
