Radiostanice

Radiostanice is a Rondocubist building featuring two communication masts and a stone entrance gate situated in a spacious area. The structure now functions as part of a golf club facility while maintaining its protected monument status.

The facility was established in 1923 and created Czechoslovakia's first international radio telegraph connection. This installation enabled morse code messages to be transmitted across national borders.

The building takes its name from its original purpose and displays decorative details that reflect the craftsmanship of its era. Visitors can still observe these ornamental elements on the exterior and interior walls today.

The site is accessible from outside and visible from the golf course, though the building now primarily serves the golf club. Access to the interior may be limited as the location remains an active facility.

The location was specially chosen for its soil composition and wet ground conditions, which provided optimal grounding for the radio equipment. These geological features were critical for making the radio transmissions work effectively.
