The Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary is a Roman Catholic church in Slatina, Nový Jičín District, standing by the cemetery on the site of the former parish settlement of Plotiště. Its Romanesque core was rebuilt in Baroque style in 1760 with a sacristy added, and in 1876 it was adapted in Neoclassical style with a tower added.

The church was originally built in Romanesque style around the turn of the 13th century and is first documented in 1461, standing by the cemetery on the site of the former parish settlement of Plotiště. It has been protected as a cultural monument since 2008, and a general repair in 2014 covered the church, the cemetery wall and the mortuary.
