The Church of Saint Giles is a single-nave Gothic church on the village square of Třebnice, built in the second half of the 14th century and rebuilt in Baroque style in the second quarter of the 18th century. A narrower polygonal presbytery adjoins the nave, with a sacristy and a two-storey prismatic tower on the north side. The presbytery keeps its original rib vault and tracery windows, and two Gothic portals survive, one into the sacristy and one in the south porch.

After neglect following the Second World War it fell into a state of emergency; in 2007 the damaged cornice was temporarily secured, in 2010 the roof was reconstructed, and a few years later the roof truss and the finial of the church tower were restored.

The church stands on the village square of Třebnice, surrounded by a stone boundary wall with a gate on the south side, a small gate on the east and a former mortuary built into the north wall. The walled former cemetery around it marks the church's role as the burial ground of the village.
