Zoo Plasy, Animal park in Plasy, Czech Republic
Zoo Plasy is an animal facility in Plasy that houses over 80 species, including big cats, primates, marsupials, birds, and small mammals across separate grounds. The park is organized into different sections designed to display the animals in their respective habitats.
The facility began in 2016 as part of the Fantasy Golf complex, growing into a modern animal conservation center. Its opening transformed a section of Plasy into a dedicated space for wildlife.
The facility weaves together music and building styles from different world regions into its design, creating distinct zones as you walk through. Each area gives you a sense of the part of the world it represents through its appearance and sounds.
The grounds are open daily with seasonal variations, and a full visit typically takes about two hours. Wear comfortable shoes and plan to take your time walking through the different sections.
The facility houses a rare combination of white kangaroos, white tigers, and white lions together. This makes it the only place in the Czech Republic where you can see all three of these striking white species at the same location.
