Аспира

Aspira is a contemporary office building in Nové Butovice featuring ten floors above ground and three basement levels, providing over 15,000 square meters of workspace. The structure stands directly near the Nové Butovice metro station and combines large capacity with accessible location.

The building was completed in late 2017 and marked a new phase of urban development in the Nové Butovice district. Its completion contributed to the modernization of the area's infrastructure.

The building houses the Aspira Café, operated by Zátiší catering, where workers and visitors can find Czech and international food options. This dining space serves as a gathering point throughout the workday.

The building provides 258 parking spaces and charging stations for electric vehicles, offering drivers different options. Cyclists find changing rooms and showers available to freshen up after their ride.

The building was the first in Prague to receive both LEED Gold and BREEAM Excellent certifications for sustainable construction. This dual recognition demonstrates commitment to environmentally responsible office design.
