The Church of Saint Anne is a Baroque church at Bezručova 463 in Plzeň, built 1712–1735 to Jakub Auguston's design as the church of a Dominican nuns' convent. It is now used by the Czech Orthodox Church and forms part of the former convent complex listed as a cultural monument.

The Baroque church was built between 1712 and 1735 as the church of a Dominican nuns' convent; the building design was by architect Jakub Auguston. It was originally Roman Catholic. After a complete reconstruction it was reconsecrated on 12 October 2014 by Metropolitan Simeon of the Orthodox Church in the Czech Lands and Slovakia, with Cardinal Miloslav Vlk attending as a guest. Today the Czech Orthodox Church uses it.
