N-S 47 Jaroslav, Military fortification in Polom, Czech Republic.
The N-S 47 Jaroslav bunker features two floors with reinforced concrete walls and specific military architectural elements for defense purposes.
Built between June 28 and July 1938, this infantry fortification accommodated 37 soldiers and contained three heavy machine guns and two 4cm cannons.
The structure represents Czech military engineering from the pre-war period, with soldiers inscribing 'Long Live Czechoslovakia' on the rear wall.
The bunker stands at 681 meters above sea level, positioned between Polom and Sedloňov villages, with connecting paths for visitors.
In 2000, the Nachod Fortification Friends Club transformed the bunker into an exhibition space displaying pre-Munich agreement documents and artifacts.
