The Kraličák Lookout Tower, also called Na Štvanici or Stříbrná Twiggy, is a 35-metre cylindrical tower of larch wood and steel on Štvanice hill in the Králický Sněžník range. It is secured by cables, has a covered upper viewing platform, and an internal staircase of 152 steps. It was designed by Martin Rajniš's architecture studio and built in 2018 together with a wooden rest area.
The tower was built in 2018 by the Kraličák ski resort, which commissioned the design from Martin Rajniš's Huť architektury studio. A wooden rest shelter, Na Štvanici, was erected on the same site at the same time. The lookout stands on Štvanice hill in the Králický Sněžník range, in the Hynčice pod Sušinou cadastral area of Staré Město, Šumperk District.
The tower is also called Na Kraličáku, Na Štvanici or Stříbrná Twiggy, after the summit Štvanice in the Králický Sněžník range. It was designed by the studio Huť architektury Martina Rajniše for the Kraličák ski resort, which commissioned it. A wooden rest stop, Na Štvanici, was built beside it at the same time.
The tower stands on the summit of Štvanice in the Králický Sněžník range, in the Hynčice pod Sušinou cadastral area of Staré Město, and is open year-round. A staircase of 152 steps runs up the middle of the structure to a covered viewing deck at the top. A wooden rest shelter, Na Štvanici, was built beside the tower in 2018.
The interior staircase hangs like a pendulum and acts as a counterbalance to wind forces, creating an innovative structural solution. This design reduces strain on the tower from natural wind movements.
