Muzeum Broumovska, Regional history museum in Broumov, Czech Republic
The museum occupies six rooms on the first floor of the Benedictine monastery wing, including the Stone Hall presenting local artifacts and collections.
Founded in 1945 as a center for local history research, the museum relocated to the Benedictine monastery in 1980 and established its permanent exhibition a decade later.
The exhibition halls display regional heritage through multiple historical periods, featuring valuable artifacts that represent different eras of Broumov development.
Visitors can explore the museum from May to September, Tuesday through Sunday, between 8:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00, with admission fees starting at 15 CZK.
The museum houses the Silver Bird of the Broumov shooters from 1567, demonstrating the historical significance of local shooting associations.
