Milešovka is an observation tower standing 20 meters tall on the mountain summit in the Central Bohemian Uplands. The structure offers views across forested ridges, the Elbe valley, and distant hills that stretch toward the horizon on clear days.
The mountain was first recorded as climbed in 1723, marking when people began to visit this area for leisure. Over time it became a popular hiking destination for visitors from surrounding towns.
The mountain summit serves as a gathering place for annual festivals where local residents celebrate regional traditions through music and organized group walks.
The hike to the top takes about two hours and the view from above is accessible every day of the week. A restaurant on the summit serves meals and drinks on weekends between 10 AM and 4 PM.
A small cable system carries supplies up to the summit but is reserved only for cargo and not available to visitors. This quiet transport method makes it possible to deliver materials without heavy manual effort.
